Alexandra is a Graduate Legal Intern and has been assigned to the EB-5 Global Business Team and Global Mobility Group. Prior to joining the firm, Alexandra worked on a number of areas in the area of Immigration law. In her post, she prepares I-524, I-829, in connection with EB-5 cases. She also assists the employment-based team with analyzing proper visa categories and eligibility. Alexandra’s breadth of experience in immigration is extensive. She worked on family-based immigration cases, working on defensive, affirmative, and asylum cases at a non-profit organization. Alex has also worked on VAWA, Adjustment of Status cases, and numerous other immigration cases involving status changes. Alexandra is scheduled to sit for the Indiana Bar Exam in July 2020.
Alexandra is a recent graduate of Indiana University, Robert H. McKinney School of Law. There, she was able to take numerous classes in International Law and earned an International Certificate. Alexandra also spent a year working with the school’s Immigration Clinic, helping numerous clients with their immigration cases. Alexandra also has a Bachelor of Arts in English – Literature from the University of Wisconsin Madison, with certificates in European Studies as well as Digital Studies – Photography.
